We maintain a carefully selected and developed herd of black and red angus grass-adapted cows.

The 5 main traits we select for are fertility, hair coat, fleshing ability, disposition, and longevity.

The cows and the bulls we run have to express excellence in these traits on pasture 365 days a year with no grain. The foundation of our herd genetics is comprised of Pharo Cattle Co., Ohlde Cattle Co., and Trask Herefords.

“Alvin” was one of our very best herd sires. He has left his imprint on a lot of the steers, heifers, and bulls we have raised. An extremely thick bull with high fertility and everything it takes to do it all on grass. Alvin was an impressive registered Pharo Cattle Co. red Angus bull with 4 star calving ease, 5 star fleshing ability, muscling, thickness, and masculinity.

“Quieto” is a 1/2 red angus 1/2 Mashona bull from PCC. We are excited as some of his progeny are hitting the ground. He combines 4-star grass efficiency, muscling, thickness, masculinity, and fleshing ability with a 5-star hair coat.
